Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • You may return any unworn and undamaged product within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We accept returns from the United States, United Kingdom, and all other countries where we ship.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific product listing for details.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected]. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and issue a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA form provided. Ship the item back to the address specified in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after your return arrives. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your original order, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns:

  • For international returns, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with your return shipment. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Warranty:
